Welcome to First Methodist Day School Marshall TX.

We are a private Christian preschool program dedicated to early learning and spiritual growth. Families may choose from 3-day or 5-day enrollment options for children ages 18 months through 5 years. For families needing a longer weekday schedule, we also offer extended-day options that provide a safe, nurturing environment for students beyond the core preschool program.

Our school offers opportunities far beyond the typical preschool program. In addition to our classroom learning, FMDS provides daily music classes, weekly chapel, regularly scheduled art classes, and engaging schoolwide programs and performances—all included at no additional cost to families. Throughout the year, we also welcome parents, grandparents, and members of our community to take part in special events that celebrate learning and fellowship.

We believe in creating experiences that take learning and enrichment far beyond the classroom. To further serve families, we also offer an optional summer ‘day camp’ program for children 18 months through 9 years of age

We are fully operational (with the exception of hot lunch service) and relocated to First Baptist Church in Downtown Marshall while our home campus at First Methodist Church is under renovation.
